- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors.
- Manage new and existing patients through consultations, diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Register and accept new patients to grow their personal roster within the clinic’s established community network.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team including other family physicians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and support staff.
- Utilize the clinic’s EMR system efficiently to ensure accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Participate in community outreach activities and ensure compliance with local healthcare standards and policies.
- Work flexible hours, including occasional Saturday mornings, in alignment with clinic requirements.
- UK, Australian, US or Irish experience required for accelerated credentialling; prior experience in fast-paced, patient-focused environments is advantageous.
- Qualified GP or Family Physician with a valid Medical Degree and eligible for appropriate licensing to practice in Ontario, Canada.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and approachable bedside manner.
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse patient demographic and accept a growing patient roster.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to patient care and community engagement.
- Willingness to work flexible hours in a busy clinical setting and adapt to the clinic’s needs.
This role offers a highly competitive earning potential between $400,000 - $450,000 CAD per annum, with supportive team mentorship, flexible scheduling, and a friendly working environment. The package includes Visa and LMIA sponsorship to facilitate your transition to practicing in Canada, along with comprehensive assistance with medical registration and credentialing.
